At Poppyland, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade headbands, hair clips, crossbody bags, and bows. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: We gladly accept returns on unworn and unused merchandise.
  
  
• Timeframe: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to initiate a return.
  
  
• Type of Return: Returns are available for exchange or store credit only. Please note Refunds are not offered.
  
  
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
  
  
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
